South Orange Family Home

Located in Academy Heights, South Orange, our home is great for a smaller group—very comfortable for a family of four—to spend time together, complete with a lovingly renovated kitchen to cook and enjoy meals together. The area is walkable, culturally rich and diverse, and very friendly. Centrally-located, the home is walking distance to parks, restaurants, grocery, CVS, and downtown Maplewood and South Orange (SOMA). Just 30-35 min direct train/car ride to NYC; and 45 minutes to Jersey Shore.

Rutgers, train, RWJ, St. Peters, restaurants--all w/in 10-15 min walk. Rate includes both suites w/Private separate entrance to suites (see description), 2 full baths, 2 kitchenettes (no full-sized stove/oven), fireplace, Sunroom, Laundry Rm, 2 flat screen Roku smart TVs. The patio, yard, park entry are exclusively for the ABB guest. On famous Buccleuch Park- 80 acres of fields, tennis, baseball. soccer, par course, picnic and other amenities. Next to Del. Rar. Canal state park-kayaks on site.

Quaint Converted Barn

Terrific space with loads of light and openness. Overlooking golf course, hayloft converted into king bed with twin bunks in office nook and 1.5 baths. It's the perfect place to get away from it all. Barn converted into residence. Comfy, quiet and serene. First level has living room, dining room and a half bath with a spiral to the hayloft which is open to below and divided by closets that create the office nook but permit light over them. The barn is open, only the bathrooms have doors.

A complimentary bottle of red wine is included with each stay by default. The space is quiet for Montclair yet centrally located. Our cleaner Mikki is responsible for cleaning and preparing the space. She takes great pride in her work, and we’re lucky to have her. The entire cleaning fee goes to her.
