Traditional wooden house on a large island with 300m of private Saimaa lake shoreline and far reaching views, 700m from the harbour. Main building has 2 bedrooms, modern kitchen, 2 living rooms and a bathroom. Sauna and guest house with two bedrooms are in separate buildings. Rowing boat with small motor is included. Extras: Bedlinen & towels 20e pp. Bigger motor boat 50e daily + fuel. Box of wood per two nights of stay for the first week included, extras 20e. Kayak and sup board 20e per day.

Maalaistalon päärakennus hyvällä sijainnilla

Talo sopii mainiosti perhe-, urheilu- ja työmatkailuun. Imatran keskusta 2,5 km. Lappeenranta 20 min 4-kaistatietä. Suojaisa sisäpiha autoille ja moottoripyörille. Saimaa ja Ukonniemen-Rauhan urheilualueet kylpylöineen sekä useita golf-kenttiä lähellä. Harjula-tilan päärakennus omenapuiden keskellä, viljatilan pihapiirissä. Tila ollut suvun hallussa vuodesta 1950 isoisän evakkomatkan päätyttyä tänne. Vehreässä ja laajassa pihapiirissä sijaitsee myös toinen asuinrakennus, jossa isäntä asuu.

Talviasuttava rantamökki mukavuuksilla

Käytössäsi on 78 neliön talviasuttava talo kahdella makuuhuoneella sekä sähköistetty aitta, jossa kaksi erilistä makuutilaa. Yhteensä 8 nukkumapaikkaa. Mökissä täydellisesti varustettu keittiö, astianpesukone, mikro, ilmalämpöpumppu, puusauna, suihku, sisä-WC sekä pesukone. Saunasta pulahdat järveen, jonka hiekkapohja syvenee loivasti. Hyvä tie perille ja ympäristössä hyvät ulkoilu-, sienestys- ja marjastusmahdollisuudet. Grillikatos, 2 polkupyörää, 2 kajakkia sekä soutuvene myös käytössäsi.

(100€/päivä) Mökin pihapiiristä löytyy myös huvimaja, jossa voi viettää aikaa luonnosta nauttien. Alakerrassa on 3 viihtyisää makuuhuonetta ja 1 makuuhuone ylhäällä parvella. Matkaa Saimaan rantaan on ~500 metriä. Mökiltä ~900 metrin päässä yksityinen ranta, grillikota ja vuokrattavat soutuveneemme. Liinavaate-/pyyhevuokra 15€/hlö.

Rentoudu Etelä-Savon sydämessä Juvalla. Tässä 104 vuotta vanhassa hirsitalossa on elänyt monta sukupolvea maata viljellen ja tilalla on lämmin tunnelma. Tyylikkäästi ja värikkäästi kunnostetut tilat. Vanha pihasauna. Oma erämaatyylinen metsäinen ranta, grillailupaikka ja savusauna 2 minuuttia kävellen ovelta. Hyvä, syvä uimapaikka laiturin päästä. Pihaterassi auringonottoa ja grillausta varten. Myös sähkösauna löytyy. Ainutlaatuinen, monipuolinen kokonaisuus maaseudun rauhassa.

A new and modern cottage near the center of Mikkeli by Lake Saimaa. The house is located on a very large plot which used to be a stone quarry, and is protected by trees. Because of the old quarry the plot has two ponds, high rocks and large differences in height. You can drive to the center of Mikkeli in five minutes, and it's also easy to get there by bike. A unique and special place! Two bedrooms, a large loft and a sofa bed in the living room, separate toilet and sauna.

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Mummolamajoitusta luomutilalla

PihaMummolamme on idyllinen ja aito mummola toimivan luomumaitotilan pihapiirissä. Meillä pääset tutustumaan maatilan elämään, lypsylle ja hoitamaan eläimiä halutessasi. Maatilamme lehmistä löytyy lempeitä yksilöitä ja mm. kaikkia suomenkarjarotuja. Mummolan vuokraan kuuluu päärakennuksen lisäksi erillinen rantasauna veden äärellä. Vesistöt ja upeat metsäalueet hallitsevat seutua mutta Mummolassa pääset helposti myös tutustumaan vireään kesäkylä Lohilahteen.

Yksiö järven rannalla omakotitalon yhteydessä

Tule tekemään etätöitä, lomailemaan, opiskelemaan tai muuten vaan oleilemaan luonnon keskelle Saimaan rantamaisemiin! Torille on matkaa vain noin 5 km, XAMKille noin 7 km, lähimmälle bussipysäkille 1,5 km ja Visulahteen 4 km. Lähimpään kauppaan on 3,5 km (S-Market Peitsari). Prismaan ja Citymarketiin on 4 km ja sieltä löytyy lähin ravintola, samoin Visulahdesta. Ulkoilu onnistuu joko lenkkeillen, terassilla nautiskellen tai metsässä piipahtaen.
