The suite and main house was originally a US Coast Guard Lifesaving Station built in 1901 - and moved to its current location in the 60s. The suite has been restored to bring it up to date with modern amenities, while retaining its rustic charm. A full kitchenette, with fridge, toaster, plug in cook top, gas grill + more. Newly renovated in the winter of ‘23 this tiny house is located on the same property as the owner’s home but provides complete privacy with its own fenced in yard. Inside is a full kitchen, living area, and comfy Queen bed and is stocked with everything you need. Outside there is a living room, dining area, grill, shower, and rooftop deck. The beach and sound are both a short bike ride and the town of Duck is 2 miles north.

Peaceful retreat, attached to a family home and nestled in live oaks on a one-acre lot, perfect for your OBX getaway! Easy self-check in, separate entrance, separate HVAC system, California King bed, a private deck and private covered porch. The guest suite includes a bedroom, bathroom, and screened-in breezeway with mini fridge and microwave. Guests are provided with two beach bikes and parking pass to our private community beach access, a leisurely 10 minute walk away.

A 15-minute bike ride into the town of Duck (2 bikes provided) will provide an afternoon of shopping, dining and drinking with your friends, with out the headache of traffic and parking.

Original 1954 Southern Shores flat top which has been completely renovated. You will have the entire first floor. Owners added a second story and reside upstairs. Very private with a separate entry. Just a short walk of 1/4 mile to the beach. House includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, full kitchen and covered front porch. 50 inch tv with roku, WiFi. There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.

Our apartment is located on the first floor of our home, which is one of the only Solar Powered homes in the Outer Banks! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to the sound, we have a perfect location which is close to everything. Our space includes the use of our outdoor shower and beach parking passes. We have a great yard for lounging, sun bathing or playing with dogs. Come and check out our "Cave" by the waves!
