Welcome to our unique Tiny house on the outskirts of Kutná Hora. This is one of the most successful models in this segment and you won't find another similar piece in the Czech Republic :-) The feeling of spaciousness is the main weapon of this house. A family of five can comfortably function on 24m2 with 38m2 of living space. The structure is a wooden building for permanent living, including hot water, infrared heating, air conditioning. Na skok od ráje... Českého... Na vsi, odřízle od civilizace... ovšem počítejte s kohouty ... Zelený domek je umístěn stranou v nejzazším rohu našeho pozemku ve starém sadu. Naši mladí sousedi momentálně čerstvě budují svůj nový domov, takže bezbagrový klid tu dočasně není. Protože se máte rádi, vejdou se k nám 2 dospělí. Máme vlastní, poněkud asociální pejsky, co se týče komunikace s ostatními pejsky, takže pro Vašeho mazlíčka tu místo bohužel nenajdeme. Naši jsou vzrostlí, ale milí.

Weekend House

The house is located in a quiet village and in a cul de sac. You can enjoy a pleasant stay without city distractions. Outside there is a covered and lighted porch with a grill and smoker, which all located in a fenced yard, where you can enjoy a pleasant evening while roasting sausages or grilling meat. The house has a newly remodeled attic with six beds although after agreement wih the owner extra matraces may be added on the floor.
