Little Pink Cottage welcomes you to Fanning Island overlooking the St Johns River from your private deck~Cozy studio, brand new, comfy Queen bed, table for 2 or enjoy morning coffee or evening drink on the deck and enjoy the amazing, ever changing views of our wonderful river. Dolphins, pelicans, egrets can often be found playing, frolicking and fishing around the dock. Fishing poles are available for you & bait shops are near by. The space has 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room. The house also sits on a large lot so our guests can bring their boats or pwc’s to enjoy the local waters.
