We can arrange a rafting trip, point you to a trailhead, or you can just relax by the river and explore on your own to see what you find. Pets allowed/ $25 pet flat fee per pet

Connect with nature at our little family farm, nestled within 320 acres of mixed oak-conifer woodlands. Enjoy trails, wild flowers, songbirds and many other critters for an unforgettable escape from the everyday. With a main house and an Annex, you'll have two large bedrooms (w/ desks), three full bathrooms (two showers, one bathtub), plus two sofa beds. The house is solar-powered w/ back-up and includes a kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooktop, counter top oven, laundry, TVs, Wi-Fi, etc.

Wilderness Gateway Ranch

Welcome to Wilderness Gateway Ranch, The ranch originated circa 1845 and while the cabin no longer stands, the restored victorian farmhouse built in 1902 and the lovely farmstay house are present. The ranch encompasses 162 acres nestled in Scott Valley and surrounded by the the Russian Wilderness. Two creeks meet on the property and abundant wildlife have made this ranch their home. We raise horses, cattle, chickens, dogs, cats, bees and soon we'll also have a flock of sheep.

Coyote Cottage- Quiet guest house with great views

Studio guest house provides a quiet get-away with views of Mount Shasta. House is on working cattle ranch with a good chance of spotting baby calves and wildlife. It's located between Mt Shasta ski park & Mt Ashland ski park, 15 min from I-5 and highway 97 and 30 minutes from Mt Shasta City. Other outdoor adventures near by. Pet friendly with a $20 pet fee. Coffee & teas provided. It is a simple space: NO WIFI or tv.

Rainbow Ridge Ranch

Lindal Cedar Home with high ceilings many windows with a view of Mt Shasta. Located on a 40 ac working ranch. 1.5 miles to town. Secluded, private location at end of dead end road, adjacent to National Forest. We require a $200 refundable cleaning deposit. If the place is left as you found it, it will be refunded. We do not expect you to do any laundry or vacuuming.
