On a 10 acre property with a view of the Shuswap lake that is quite breathtaking. The suite is separate from the main part of the house where the owners reside. There is a small pergola in the back where one can sit for breakfast, (with a view of the mountain) and chairs out front if you want to enjoy the view of the lake. The suite is air conditioned and the living area has a cozy natural gas fireplace for those cooler days and nights.

Sunset Studio

We invite you to stay in our cozy, studio suite in our walkout basement. You have your own private entrance, located close to a parking space. French doors lead to a covered sitting area outside. Your suite is located below our living space. We have installed a high level of insulation in an effort to reduce any noise transmission. We have a second unit on our property called Cabin in the Trees. If you are traveling with someone else, and they like their own space, check its availability.

We are a 2 minute drive from the Trans Canada Highway, making it convenient as an overnight stop between Vancouver and Calgary. FREE off road parking for 2 vehicles! There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom, with comfortable duvet. The sitting room has a brand new (double) sofa bed. WIFI and lots of TV channels for your viewing pleasure. 15 minute walk to the local pub / groceries / recreation centre. For larger groups, we have a second bnb in the basement.
