163 Heron Marsh #64 is a condo located in the Heron Marsh area of the Litchfield by the Sea Resort. It's right beside the beach access and is a very short walk to the ocean. It is located in the quiet coastal town of Pawley's Island, but is within an easy drive of the attractions in Myrtle Beach.

The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North. Grahams Landing Restaurant is one lot over from us, within walking distance. Southern Hops is across the street.

"Arrogantly shabby", situated on a quiet street right around the corner from the 'creek' where most enjoy fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and floating!
