Beautiful Mid-Century Modern on top of Sherman's legendary Cottontail Mountain. Secluded, heavily wooded, private setting, with abundant wildlife. Beautiful treetop views from the rear deck and wooded views from the front deck. Sherman's walking, running trail is right at the base of the hill. Two great parks within walking distance.
