It is located in a beautiful quiet location, surrounded by greenery and a park.

Apartman se nalazi u novom naselju u četvrti Ferenščica, samo 4 km od centra grada i samo 2 km od Glavnog autobusnog kolodvora. Konzum market i Bipa drogerija udaljeni su 100 metara. Tramvajska stanica udaljena je 5 minuta hoda.
