Our house is a two-level home with traditional Cycladic architecture, lovingly renovated in 2024. Nestled in the alleys of Chora--the historic and beautiful capital of Serifos island--it’s just a 10-minute walk from the central square, offering easy access to local cafés, restaurants, and shops. Uniquely positioned, the house is both central and secluded, providing a peaceful retreat for those who appreciate quiet, simplicity, and breathtaking views, while still being close to all the action.

The Photographer’s House

My house is a old small two level house with traditional Cycladic architecture renovated during 2019, wedged in the alleys of the old and well preserved capital of Serifos island, named Chora. Due to its topography and the complex network of narrow alleys, there are no vehicles allowed only mules. This makes it an ideal location for guests who appreciate simplicity and authenticity, combined with quietness and a splendid panoramic view to the Aegean sea, away from the noisy port of Livadi.

Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

Created with care and attention to its smallest detail, consists of comfortable interior spaces and astonishing exterior spaces, blending harmonically with the surrounding natural landscape suitable for relax holidays. Due of its traditional architecture the access to the main bedroom is via stairs. And it has the most stunning and refreshing sunrise view from the balcony.
