The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, toaster oven, and everything you need to cook at home. The cabin is one story with a step down upon entry and steps down to the bedrooms and bathroom. Parking is available for up to four vehicles in the gravel and grass driveway. For safety, there is one outward-facing exterior security camera. The property is dog-friendly with a pre-trip pet fee and a maximum of two dogs allowed. Our beautiful cabin sits in Clarksville on 6 private acres, close to major ATV and snowmobile trails, as well as the Hurlburt Nature Conservancy Area. We are minutes from Lake Francis and the Connecticut Lakes in NH's northernmost town, Pittsburg. While by no means primitive, our cabin is simple and rustic, and...in the woods. You may be visited by rabbits and coyote, or even a moose or deer grazing early in the morning. You may have the occasional cobweb, fly, swollen door, or sticky evening.

Welcome to "The Shack"; a new barn featuring three 2-bedroom units each with its own private entrance. Located about 6 miles from downtown Colebrook on 29 acres with a rolling landscape with DIRECT ACCESS to snowmobile (Cor # 5) and ATV trails (Cor # C). The HILLSIDE is a 1st floor unit that has a beautiful and sunny open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen. The unit comfortably sleeps 4 in the 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. There is a walk-in shower and laundry in the unit.

Right next to the property is a public boat launch where you can launch your boat and have it tied to the cottages private dock for easy access. Also available with property is a peddle boat and kyak for your use. ATV trail access is 1/2 mile up the road. In the wintertime, you can snowmobile right from the property to the main trail system.
