Just 10 blocks from Ocean Beach, three to Scenic Land's End (views of the GG bridge), historic Sutro Baths and Sutro Heights park along with Golden Gate Park down the hill. A short walk to restaurants and bars, etc. Surfboard/bike-storage friendly room, free street parking. This is not an apartment, it's a room in our home with a private entrance and bathroom. We have happily resided in the Richmond District for almost 30 years.

I added a penthouse suite for me to live in on the top floor, so others can enjoy the rest of my flat. Your space will be entirely private. I can be present for any issues. There is a beautiful patio to enjoy outdoors. Sorry, absolutely no parties, Karaoke or boomboxes. We are exempt from hosting Service and Emotional support animals due to my health issues.

Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. All mattresses are recently updated. The third room is an office with a double bed. The living room has a foam sofa (Jaxx Zipline Convertible Sleeper Sofa & Three Ottomans) that converts into a king-size bed.
