Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ebenso vorhanden. Eine wöchentliche Reinigung ab einem Aufenthalt von 4 Nächten ist inkludiert. Die Gestaltung setzt auf einen urbanen Stil mit hohem Anspruch an Materialität und Individualität. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte, ein Drogeriemarkt, Imbisse und Restaurants. Die Umgebung zum See hin ist sehr ruhig und auch die Einkaufsstraße liegt weit genug entfernt, um einen ruhigen Aufenthalt entfernt des Trubels genießen zu können. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ermöglicht jeglichen Komfort.

Located right in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, Mauerpark is just outside the front door. Very quiet street, with lots of nice restaurants and cafes. 10min to Alexanderplatz with U-Bahn.

Max. capacity 4 adults. An additional, brandnew bathroom with jacuzzi tube for 2 persons can be used as well.

Die MONOCEROS hat alles, was man für eine kuschelige Auszeit und romantische Abende braucht. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Esstisch und Bar für 4 Personen, Kamin und einem großes Bad mit Fußbodenheizung. Ein bequemes Klappbett für zwei und eine Couch bieten Platz für maximal 4 Personen. Unser Boot liegt in einem umzäunten Privatgelände welches nachts durch einen Sicherheitsdienst überwacht wird. Bis auf den Waschbären und den Fuchs ist man also vor Besuchern geschützt

Gemütliche 1 Zimmer Whg. im Hinterhof mit Wohnküche und Bad. Blick zum Hofgarten. Zentral am Schäfersee, 2 min Laufweg zur U8 Bahn Franz-Neumann-Platz. 10 Min zum Alexanderplatz und Mitte und 15 Min nach Kreuzberg mit der Bahn. Sehr gute Anbindung mit dem Bus 128 zum Flughafen Tegel, besonders gut, da Easyjet jetzt auch in Tegel landet und startet :-)
