The Caretaker's Cottage was built in the 1770s by Ruben Merriwether, and sits near the manor house where he and his ancestors lived at Roundabout Hills. An exceptional space with a fabulous full kitchen perfect for those who like to cook, it is truly a one of a kind place to stay. The house, where John and Fiona live, and the cottage are secluded and private, but close to all of the art, culture, restaurants and dining in the nearby towns of Frederick, Columbia, Baltimore, and Washington, DC.

Cozy Historic Guest House

Located in the heart of Old Ellicott City! This studio is warm, cozy and decorated with almost all vintage furnishings to pay tribute to the 1800s home. The space offers a well stocked bedroom, full bathroom and kitchenette. Relax on the patio or walk to the many cafes and shops on Main Street. Parking is included. The home is built into a hill so you will need to walk up a series of steps & stoned in the back from the parking area to enter. Due to this our home may not be ideal for everyone.

Guests will enjoy FiOS Quantum data-multiple Laptop friendly work areas, 2 TVs and data jacks thru-out the home. Entire basement only not the entire house. A basement apartment recently renovated with 2 bedrooms, luxurious full bathroom, powder room, full kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry in the unit, private entrance, private parking (max 2 cars). Host lives upstairs with 1 dog (labradoodle). Everything in the basement is not shared with the host. Pets allowed with $75/trip fee, no fee for service dogs (Note: emotional support animals are pets) 0.5 mile from I-95, 20 minutes from BWI airport.

Rollingside: Two-Room Guest Suite

Two-room guest suite with private entrance located in picturesque Catonsville, MD on a pre-Colonial road originally used for rolling tobacco to the harbor. Downtown Baltimore is 20 minutes away, BWI airport and Amtrak station 15 minutes, and our street is located on a bus route. Beautiful 3.5 mile walk to historic Ellicott City and an hour from Washington, D.C. Individuals and families with children are welcome, but the Airbnb member renting the property must be over the age of 25.

Enjoy your stay at Stonehaven House, with space for the whole family! Walk to the shops and restaurants of Savage Mill and Park, or get around easily with close proximity to Fort Meade and BWI Airport, and quick access to I-95 for Baltimore/DC travel. House has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, plus a gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room, billiards room, and a laundry facility with washer and dryer in the basement.

Weems Creek Cottage, Annapolis Waterfront

(August, 2025) Jim is the best host we’ve ever had. Super responsive, reached out to let us know the place was ready and we could check in early. The house is perfect size for 2 adults and a kid. Beautiful view and really comfortable. We loved the screened in porch. We walked to breakfast at the smoothie place and had a great walk down to the naval academy. We would definitely stay here again.
