The other two bedrooms have twin beds that can be made in to a doubles and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also a second separate toilet and wash basin.

The property is situated in the scenic village of Littleham, 2.3 miles from the seaside town of Exmouth, located 30 minutes from Exeter. It boasts a myriad of activities for all ages. With a picturesque seafront spanning two miles of golden sands, stunning walking routes and vast selection of restaurants.
