Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Das Haus am See, mein persönlicher Lebenstraum. Aber zu groß, um ihn allein zu nutzen. Abseits des Massentourismus mitten in den Bergen, direkt am See inmitten von Wäldern. Im und rund um das Haus alles sehr großzügig für Mensch und Tier. Uns persönlich sehr wichtig. Neben Grill-/Feuerplätzen, Sauna, dem eigenen Steg, Sitzsäcken und Gartenschaukeln, Ruderboot, SUP und Gartenhütte ("Villa Seen-Sucht") können unsere Gäste alles nutzen...so macht es für uns alle mehr Spaß. Ein besonderer Platz!

Su ubicación ofrece muchas opciones para hacer senderismo, relajarse en la naturaleza y practicar deportes acuáticos. El acogedor alojamiento de 19 m² dispone de salón, cocina bien equipada, 1 dormitorio y 1 baño, con capacidad para 2 personas. Cuenta con Wi-Fi, calefacción y aire acondicionado. El barco tiene una terraza privada cubierta donde podéis relajaros por las noches.

It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!
