Kellemes, nyugodt hely, ahonnan könnyen és gyorsan elérhetőek a város kedvelt részei és folyóparton sétálni, parkba menni, kirándulni is egyszerű innen.

Az egész család jól fogja érezni magát ezen a békés szálláshelyen. A villamos megálló Nr14. 150 méterre, a Nr 105-ös busz 80 méterre van ami 12 perc alatt a belvárosba visz. Vagy az M3 metróra is átszállhatsz. A lakás egy kis patak partján van, ahol modern futópálya és szabadtéri kondigépek vannak. Biztonságos és családbarát környék közel a belvároshoz. Az erkély alatt tudsz parkolni az autóddal, ahol mindig van parkolóhely.
