Local restaurant with some flammable tropical drinks (they don't call it Buzz for nothin') and puipuis (appetizers) available on the outside porch if you don't want a full dinner. Right across the canal bridge and across the street from the beach, so you can stroll along the beach path all the way back to Kailua beach park.

Great view of Kailua and Lanikai, the Mokes and the ocean. Go early in the morning so it's not so hot, or later in the afternoon. No toilets or other facilities, so pack a snack, lots of water and sunscreen!
