La Manga beach is one of the most special beaches of the whole of the Spanish coast with its double seas. It consists of a a string of land surrounded by sea water. On the one side the mediterranean sea with it´s cool water and waves while on the other side you´ll find a lagoon of calm fairly shallow water and moderate breeze perfect for water sports and children activities. However whichever side you are on, you can always cross to the opposite on foot!

La Manga
