The elevator takes people to the upper and lower levels of Oregon City. We suggest to take the elevator one way, then take the stairs the other way. From the viewing area of the elevator, there are nice views of Oregon City and the Willamette River and falls. Walk the bluff south of the elevator, for more views. On the lower level, is Main Street with shops and a few more eateries.
