Great homemade locally sourced food! with a lovely open airy feel. You will always be made to feel welcomed at The Coast Inn. The staff are great and the Pan-fried Skate with lime and capers is an absolute must have! as well as the fish and chips,
the pies and mussels !!

Quickest route is to leave No.19 through the back garden gate and head into the woodland and follow it round to the left, through the clearing at the bottom of the field you will see buildings. That is the back off boots also from this direction you will see the coop to the left of you and also the childrens play park on the left

Just two minutes walk from No.19 using the folly to cut through to Kingsland Road. I've watched Karma beauty grow from a small shop with one young woman, to now moving to bigger premises and setting up a boutique salon and having a team of girls working there. Advanced bookings strongly recommended

Monkey beach is the best beach on the island!! once you get onto the sand from walking across the marshes, keep heading right around the beach in the direction of the house boats. this is by far the best part of the beach as normally its a lot quieter as most people don't want the extra walk but its so worth it! We know this area as Shingle Point. Because of the shingle it makes the water crystal clear when the conditions are right. But do be careful during high tides, swimming in this area as there will be a strong Rip Current flowing through there and it also gets surprisingly deep very quickly.
