Our favorite beach/surf spot. Friendly, forgiving vibe and not overcrowded. Downside is you have to pay for parking (but you can park on the street) and there's a long stairway to get to the beach.

Beautiful sandy beach with free parking. Great for kids, as there are lifeguards on duty most of the time as well as a playground right on the beach.
