Hiking
At the cabin you will find several hiking books- there is no limit to the amount of hiking in the area. Here are a few of our favorites.
Check in with the ranger for information on hiking trails, bears, waterfalls and night time hikes! Make sure you see the sunset from Tennesse Rock!

There is a great visitor center and easy access to viewing platforms if you are not interested in hiking. You can also tackle the steps to take you down to a closer view of the gorge. You can hike to the floor and traverse the bottom of the gorge and come back up the other side- but you must register at the ranger station and get their early because they only allow about 100 hikers down to the bottom each day.
