Laid back quiet township with essentials, quintessential art and antique retro shopping, great coffee, pubs and restaurants. Great bookshop if you forgot to bring a book. So many walks into and around our beautiful national park. Drive around or walk and explore clean air and quiet. Bring a little rain poncho, one of those three dollar things in your pocket because the rains nearly always settle over this misty and beautiful spot.
Laid back village with beautiful old gardens. Walk your dog and greet the locals. See the ancient oaks on Hat Hill Road. In springtime the Japanese maples outside nearly every house, the famous rhododendron gardens, or just rest at home and take in the peace and quiet.
