This restaurant is two blocks from our house and we love it! They have the best vegetarian enchiladas on the island, thin and stuffed pizza, amazing veggie lasagna (one dish is enough to serve 3-4), and amazing fresh fish. Definitely order a basket of garlic rolls and eat them hot.

Another island favorite. This one is mid-island/near the house. You can walk, taxi over, or take a golf cart. It is some of the best, most inventive food, on the island. They have amazing coffee and fantastic breakfast! Don't miss out on the breakfast Quesadilla or French toast.

This is another favorite for dinner. It may not look like much from the street, but the food is authentic and service fast. Right next to Angelo’s on Hidalgo. They great tacos, queso fundido with mushrooms, guacamole, and veggie quesadillas.

This is another great breakfast place. We love the ladies who run this place. They are friendly, serve up a great breakfast, and may have the best guacamole on the island. The Loncheria is located on Guerrero Street, next to several other diner-style eateries, and this is the one closest to the street. It’s worth the wait; the omelets, pancakes, and lime soup are excellent. The guacamole is great!

The portions are large, the food good, and the drinks cheap. The quesadillas and nachos are also big enough to share. A favorite place to watch the sunset from the rooftop deck.
