El 'pollo de la carreta' is served with delicious seasoned onions. If you do no eat meat, you can try the "Fufu de Platano" and order some white rice and black beans. Your taste buds will be happy.

Cuban coffee is not for the faint of heart so if you are not used to it you may want to order a 'Cortadito' as they'll mix the espresso with a shot of milk. If you want more milk than coffee, order a 'Cafe con Leche'.
