A San Diego institution. No frills. They only do beef pho. Order a 16 or 17, plus sate and bread. I love the lemonade although technically it’s limeade. Parking is horrible but it’s the best pho in San Diego (I’ve seen an owner of another popular pho place eating here! So you know it’s legit!).

Can’t recommend anything besides the bacon breakfast burrito (add sour cream or it’ll be dry). It’ll cure a hangover and there’s a drive-thru! Open 24 hours. Ask for the habanero sauce if you want to kick up the heat. Their standard hot sauces are good too, I love the green.

Not far from the airport. Can get very busy but the line moves fairly fast. The food is great. Get a seat outside and enjoy the view (but beware the seagulls).
