The Lodge is bar good done right. Their sandwiches, apps and chicken are classics and always on point. It has racked up several local awards for its food and cocktails. The inside is just as described complete with mounted kayaks and a bit of taxidermy. They also have a spacious outdoor patio which is great on a summer night.

Bittersweet Ski Resort is the closest ski resort to South Haven approximately 30 miles away. It has around 20 runs and offers lessons to those just starting out or simply needing a refresher course. With a lodge for dining it is the perfect spot to make a skiing day trip.

Their selection of items to paint is extensive as well as their glazes and finishes. When your done, you can explore outside and even play a little frisbee with their friendly Collie dogs. If you can’t return to pick up your items after their fired, the owners will happily ship them to your home.
