The Best Pho on Seattle

The Best Pho on Seattle for Chilly Days Chinatown-International district has the best food in Seattle - Here are two gema to visit on a chilly day 1. Grab a coffee from Hello Em Viêt Coffee & Roastery In the thick of Seattle winter's, we have to find a way to make our own sunshine ..a specialty coffee drink is exactly how we do that. So jump in your car and head to Hello Elm. It's a mix between a coffee shop and a community gathering space with a small art exhibit, lots of couches, and a large table in the back. Be prepared to show your vax card if you plan to stick around and drink your beverage here. 2. Pick up the best pho in Seattle Pho Bac was Seattle's very first pho shop (the original building still sits on the corner of South Jackon and Boren). The restaurant, which opened in 1982. Naturally, Pho Bac is known for their packed-with-flavor noodle soups. I'm a big fan of their brisket bowl but the veggie tofu bowl is also very tasty. They have some delicious small plates too, like pork and shrimp egg rolls or double-fried wings.
