Great view of Lake Superior and the Grand Sable sand dunes. The walk from the parking lot to look out is easy. If you choose to go down the dune to the lake, it is a big workout to climb back up to your car.

This is Michigan's largest natural freshwater spring. Kitch-iti-kipi is an oval pool measuring 300 by 175 feet and is about 40 feet deep with an emerald green bottom. In the crystal clear waters of the spring, ancient tree trunks with mineral encrusted branches can be seen, as well as big fish.
