Neighborhoods
Green Mountain Falls is about a mile or so down the road. There are a couple restaurants and a beautiful park with a pond. We name the geese that live there and there is a cute pavilion in the middle of the pond. Great for family photos!

I'm pretty sure I've raised my kids at the Manitou Springs Penny Arcade. This is in downtown Manitou Springs and is a must-see, especially for the kiddos!

The Royal Gorge is a must-see. Lots of things to do - between the train ride, walking around the park - or for the more adventurous types, you can swing across the the Gorge. About an hour and a half rom the airbnb.
