The world famous Clearwater beach has more people than the more private Caldesi Island Park close by, but you can see why. A beautiful pier, excellent clear water and expansive white sand, and soft, gentle waves. Don`t forget to try the grouper sandwich at Frenchy`s while you are there!

A beautiful pier, excellent clear water and expansive white sand, and soft, gentle waves. Don`t forget to try the grouper sandwich at Frenchy`s while you are there!

Grab a drink or a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants along the way(our favorite is starting downtown at curtis hixon park, and walking to Armature Works or Ulele for dinner and a drink to finish)

Rent a bike downtown from City Bike Tampa or Velo Champ Cycle Sports, and cruise down Bayshore Boulevard the 5 miles along the bay to end at the park. There is a restuarant and tackle supply store at the pier as well!
