Great food, Great views of Loch Lomond. It's not far as the "crow flies," but it is an approximately 17 minute drive from the house. Our family enjoys the vibe and the food here!

There's a very easy walkable 2 mile trail at this park - actually it is a large sidewalk that circles a very lovely area. Bicycles are allowed, but I have mostly seen walkers and runners here. At the south end of the walkway, there's a creek that kids play in when it's warm enough.

Bentonville Square is a 25 minute drive from the house. It is quaint and unique; walking is very safe around the square You can browse the shops, eat at a restaurant, grab some ice cream or chocolate, or check out the original Wal Mart, which is now a museum. A walk into nearby Compton Garden has a concrete and natural surface walking/biking trails; You can rent a bike or grab a bite to eat from a variety of eateries, as well as food trucks.
