The headland hotel is set in fistral headland just above the beach. I like it because it has beautiful views of fistral. There’s a very good restaurant and spa which you’re best to book ahead. They also serve good lunches, coffee and cake and have a bar. There’s outdoor and indoor seating and comfy sofas to warm up on after a surf.

The Headland Spa
Headland RoadThe headland hotel is set in fistral headland just above the beach. I like it because it has beautiful views of fistral. There’s a very good restaurant and spa which you’re best to book ahead. They also serve good lunches, coffee and cake and have a bar. There’s outdoor and indoor seating and comfy sofas to warm up on after a surf.
A friendly local cafe with lovely views overlooking Crantock beach and has steps down to the Ferry. I particularly like the breakfasts and crab sandwiches.
The ferry is reached via steps down to the Crantock beach. They are steep but have great views!
The ferry is generally running 9.30am and 6pm during the open season (end may – mid september) or from Crantock Beach across the River Gannel.
You can park there (limited though) or Pentire headland carpark nearby.

Lovely views of the harbour. A number of outside pop up food huts and drinks available with outside seating. There’s lots of variety from freshly caught fish/crab, wraps, Pan Asian, pizza, waffles, ice cream.
