Top end dining, beautiful decor and just a mile from Lavender Cottage so mega convenient. This is a great place to people watch and has beautiful seating inside and out.

One of our fave pubs! For a special meal and you must try the bone marrow flatbread! Cosy in the Winter and a lovely outside seating area for the Summer. Dog friendly (I think all the pubs are!!) and a really great vibe.

All of the outside scenes in Downton Abbey are filmed in the streets near the Church. There is a short walk around the village called the Downton Mile, you can buy a map from Co-op.
