I use the ferry to go to work everyday and it is relaxing and you get the best view of both Dartmouth and Halifax city scape. remember to take a transfer which is good for a few hours. do some sightseeing and then hop back on the ferry using your transfer. Great round trip for $2.50

it is amazing to see the tides retreat and to walk on the ocean floor go and grab lunch or take a hike along the trails and then watch the tide come in. world famous, i've met many people from all over the world there.
