Highly recommend to rent a car or motorbike
As Phuket transportation system is not very convenient. Most convenient way to travel around is to rent a car. Cost of car rent and fuel is not expensive if compare to tuk tuk or taxi fare.
But if you cannot drive GRAB TAXI is another option that i will recommend.
