Compulsory for every art lover. Great overview of Estonian art and other exhibitions in a nice park and worth a visit for the architecture alone.
Wonderful photography museum. Not too time consuming and worth for the views from the rooftop café/bar/restaurant alone.

Probably the most world class museum in Tallinn, located in a totally unique building. Worth it for the whole family, even if you're among the people who cross out museums first when picking places to go to.

Keep in mind this now closed concert hall is far from beautiful or upbeat, but it is one of the best examples of the huge and robust Soviet architecture from times past. Also, from the roof you can get good views of the city as well as the sea.
