Originally created by the artist for the Vancouver Expo, it was donated to the city as long as they transported it to Ontario and mounted it in the original intent (with the arms able to move in the wind). The city agreed and it sits as a beacon of the interest in art and the recognition of the influence of native culture on the area. Great photo opportunity site.

Sunset International Speedway with its geographic location being forty minutes from Toronto, the closest motorsports facility to race fans everywhere. Since it’s birth in 1968, Sunset Speedway has produced some of Canada’s top stock car racers. New ownership purchased Sunset Speedway in May 2009. Significant funds to upgrade the facility were invested, and at season end in 2009, the existing track asphalt was ground out, walls were removed and the track has been resurfaced and is now a 1/3 mile high banked oval – a track we consider to be the best in the Country.
