This is part of National Park 'Hollandse Duinen' (Dutch dunes). The south beach of Scheveningen is also known as 'the quiet beach'. Much more relaxed atmosphere for families and nature lovers and not so many tourists than the north beach (with the Pier). From our house you're able to walk in 10 minutes (via the Kwartellaan) to the beginning of the National Park. This part is called 'Westduinpark'.
