I have a breakfast here once month and meet up with friends. Great before 12pm. Then a walk through Smithfield, East takes you through the old medieval streets of East London. A lovely weekend walk, when this part of London is surprisingly quiet.

Amazing building to see although now a court. Stands alongside a calm pond. A lovey walk for a summers morning takes you to the forest where you can head into Essex for a 10 mile hike.
Central Line from Leyton, take the train headed to Epping. Get off at Snaresbrook, and then within 5 minutes your transported into the calm and picturesque beauty of Epping Forest.
