The 'Vivier' is inside a WW2 German Bunker at L'Etacq, on the very northern tip of St Ouen's Bay. The famous summer BBQ is a unique experience with local fish and shellfish prepared from the live stock within the bunker, and eaten al fresco. You can also buy delicious fish from here.
