This is a great mom and pop place to eat and if you are on a rental bike it is very easy to get to. If by bus it takes a bit longer but its worth it.

This is a really good grocery store for with good variety of goods and a great choice if you have rented tranportation. Not as easy by bus from here.

The best grocery to use if you are taking the bus from our house. Less then 10 minutes there. Hop off the bus. It will go to the city. If you take less than 25 minutes to shop you can catch the same bus when it comes back and take you home.

This is the closet of the famous South Shore beaches which is only 4 minutes on the bus from our place. I go there often. It's less crowded and connected to the Elbow Beach Hotel which has a beach bar and resturant

If you would literally like to swim with turtles this is your beach. They swim all around you and their little heads pop up out of the water. You are in no danger at all. A small quiet lovely little beach of you want a private setting with a larger beach nearby

The Big Chill is the music night every Friday at the Elbow Beach Hotel and Latin night every Saturday. A mixture of hotel guests and locals go. Great music on an outdoor patio and drinks as well as food is served. They also have a beach bar called Mickeys which is just lovely. Curl your toes in the sand on the beach whilst you enjoy a lovely evening dinner.
