This is our favorite beach!! Get there early as parking can be tricky. As you face the water, to the left there are rocks were sea turtles come to feed in the afternoons. To the right is the Sea House restaurant with a great happy hour and a public bathroom.

Food Scene
If you want fish...... This place has VERY good fresh fish. James likes the seared ahi, and Sandy likes the coconut encrusted fish of the day. It is right across the street from the north parking lot of the Maui Sands, so it is not worth starting the car, just walk over. You can either eat there at tables in front of the market, or bring it back to the condo. They also sell fresh fish for you to take home and prepare.

Leave your good jewelry at home.
I have seen where people are swimming in the ocean water and a ring slips off their finger. With the waves coming in and out it will be lost in an instant. If you feel you want to have a ring on your finger, buy a cheap fake. We watched a couple that had JUST BOUGHT new rings and his slipped off not 15 minutes after buying it. Even though I was standing right there with a mask and snorkel I was not able to find it for him.
