Midways between the apartment and the Sacré-Coeur, the Carotte bleue is a small bar where you can eat.
The food is unexpensive and unpretientious.
First you come here for the "Tigre de Bengale" ginger based planteur, the you discover the food : every plate is a little gem of inventivity and taste.
Currently my favorite place in the area.

If you're not afraid of a really cheap and well served, a bit too greasy plate of african food to go, than this is it.

It's a 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment.
