Good and traditional cooking : Le Championnet serves the famous "ravioles" from the gastronomic caterer
on the Riviera "Maison Perrin" (just beside 29 cours Masséna : pastes, raviolis, ravioles...). We are used to go there.

The Veziano bakery, right next to the apartment, is renowned throughout the region and even abroad. Taste the quality of its bread, its pies and cakes. And especially the pissaladière, provencal tart, typically made with onions, olives, anchovies and pissala (anchovy past).

A rather quiet sandy beach near the port, under the ramparts.
Pass through the provencal market till the entry of the harbor "La Porte Marine".
Then turn on the right and follow the pier on the port on about 100 meters. Access to the beach through a gate on the right.
The Gravette beach, in a little bay protected by breakwaters,is personally one of our favourite beachs. There are people but less than elsewhere, and naturally even less in the beginning or the end of the day. As the beach is very close to the apartment, one can come there for example early to a fast

A large and long public sandy beach looking towards "Le Cap d'Antibes". in a beautiful surroundings. Here also the water is not very deep and the beach is safe for children.

A large and long public sandy beach looking towards "Le Cap d'Antibes". in a beautiful surroundings. Here also the water is not very deep and the beach is safe for children.

"Garoupe beach" La plage de la Garoupe. (15 -20 mns riding or driving from the apartment. Shuttle service also from the bus station in the center of Antibes).
Succession of little sandy beaches, most of them private, in a charming bay in "Le Cap d'Antibes.
Very pleasant. Magnificent surroundings. One of our favourite beaches.
To go there, follow to ride or drive (walking would be very long), afer passed "Salis beach" along the seaside in "Le Cap d'Antibes, pass the gastronomic restaurant "Bacon" in a wide right turn. Follow the boulevard de Bacon, and the boulevard de la Garoupe. Just at the corner of the hotel "La baie dorée" on the left the road to la Garoupe Beach.

So walking, or riding the bike, the most pleasant way in our opinion, is « Le chemin des Sables ». You find it in the surroundings of the “Ponteil beach”, described above. At the roundabout take the direction “Juan-les-Pins”: 20mns walking, 10 mns riding the bike.
