Si te gusta el trekking o el parapente. El Cerro Elefante en San Lorenzo es el lugal ideal. Se accede a pie por la Reserva Natural de San Lorenzo. Frente a Museo de la Gesta Guemesiana. Es un ascenso de 1 hora más o menos y la cima del despegue tiene una altura de 570mts. La vista panorámica arriba es espectacular y tienes varios senderos para recorrer. Se recomienda llevar agua y algo para comer. Siempre guarda tus residuos y papeles porque es una reserva ecológica y debes cuidar el medio ambiente.

This is a nice place to share a couple of beers. But becarefull not to go so late at night. People in Salta ussually go out very late and around 5 am everybody is very drunk and they ussually start to fight when they are wasted.

This is the best place of Salta to have some nice Empanadas (dumplins) or a nice plate of Locro (corn soup with meat).
This place is very popular. It is right in front of the Traditional restaurant Valderrama.
In this place, there are a lot of little restaurants, so always the waitreses will try to convince you to sit in their tables. I recomend you to go and sit fast in the table that you want, and dont pay atention to them. The fried empanadas are the best of Salta!

They have really nice plates, with meat, or potatoes, or maybe a very complete salad. I really recomend you the "Papa rellena" which is a nice plate with potatoes, meat and vegetables also with cheese. The prices are really affordable, you are gonna spend around 10U$ per person with a beer maybe.
I go there for supper and lunch sometimes. The place is small, so maybe you must make a reservation in advance on weekends.

There is also a Basketball kourt, a few football kourts and a nice skateboard and rollers platform. The entrance is for free and you use only your digit print to enter. It is open everyday until midnight in summer and it is very safe. They have a lot of security around there everyday.

It's a very cute place to go for a walk, or spend the day. There are some restaurants there like Doña Cleme's where you can eat very well and economically. There is a lake nearby where you can swim. It is also close to Blanco River and the Toro River Gorge, which is the route that leads to San Antonio de los Cobres and the border with Chile.

Si eres parapentista o si quieres hacer un vuelo en tandem o biplaza. Hay un lugar que vale la pena que conozcas. Es el Cerro Ala Delta. Se accede por el camino del Cerro San Bernardo o por la entrada del Autódromo. Hay un circuito de descenso de mountain bike ahi también. Para los amantes del parapente es un lugar que deben conocer.
