La Paz is very small. This area has everything. 5 mins. drive from my condo. People call here Malecon area where LOCAL people all get together in the evening for fun. Restaurant , Bar, Shops and more.

Marina around Condo has Dr. office, small market, Laundry place. If not good enough you need to go to Malecon (Downtown area) 7km south by car. They have more choice. But I think Laundry service at Costa Baja is clean and reasonable.
