This is our go-to restaurant in town for breakfast through dinner. Extremely low key, but gets very busy for breakfast/brunch on the weekends. (And occasionally they close early, so you may want to give them a call if it's getting late.)

Great little place for smoothies and sandwiches, muffins, etc. They have lots of gluten free & vegetarian options. Try the "rock climbers revenge" or "monkey business" smoothies or a gluten free muffin! (They're really good.)

REALLY great, REALLY strong coffee. Great local place, hidden behind the yoga studio. These guys really care about the science of coffee roasting. YUM.

An old west "town," built by Roy Rogers, Gene Autry and others to be used as a movie set back in the 1940's. Charming façades, once abandoned, now slowly making a comeback here in the desert. Right next to Pappy & Harriet's, Pioneertown's main drag is fun for a little walk while you're waiting for your reservation or helpful for walking off some of that BBQ. Great for kiddos to run & play. Super charming.
